Convert your combination safe lock to a digital one and say goodbye to repeated attempts to dial your combination correctly. Get in and out of your safe quicker with improved security and greater convenience.
Over the course of the years that I have been working as a locksmith, I have been called to countless homes in order to assist customers with opening their safes. A surprising number of the calls were simply the result of the customer dialing the combination incorrectly into their combination safe lock. Fortunately, there is a very simple solution to this problem.
I recommend to all of our customers that they have us replace their outdated combination safe locks to digital ones. The cost of converting the locking system is fairly nominal and most recent models of safes are designed to host both locking systems so conversion is fairly quick and easy.
Digital safe locks are far more convenient to use then combination locks. With a new digital lock, you will no longer have to bother yourself with repeatedly trying to dial your combination correctly. All that you are required to do is press the numbers of the combination on the keyboard. This, in addition to the fact that the numbers in combination locks are generally tiny, makes digital locks markedly quicker to open. Moreover, digital safe locks allow you to set your own combinations with great ease. You can program a number with significance for you; one that you couldn’t forget.
One thing which I cannot stress enough is that you have a professional locksmith that is both licensed and insured perform the conversion. There is no room for DIY error with safes and it is critical that these locks are mounted properly. The conversion is no simple matter and there are a number of critical issues to consider such as external relockers.
